The only complaint is that the dust has to be vacuumed out once in a while so that the fan won't get clogged up and stop cooling. This charger does what it was designed to do. You just have to be an engineer to really understand it. Read the manual closely, several times, and then read again upon occasion. Be sure to actually use each function.
